There are so many extremely romantic ways to propose, the challenge is finding the proposal that right for your partner. But its easier than you think! Here are some of my tips below on romantic ways to get engaged.

You dont necessarily have to spend a lot of money. Its the thought that really counts. Try focusing more on researching your partner's favorite things through friends and family. Once you have those, the rest will come together easily.

Recreate your first date. This is a great way to propose because it takes you back to the butterflies and memories of when you first met. By recreating that first date its a way of showing your partner that you remember all the little details that are important.

Location may be the most important part of your proposal. Think hard about the best place to propose to your partner, based on the things they enjoy.. If they like nature, try proposing on a mountain top or waterfall. If they enjoy history, take them on a getaway and propose beside their favorite monument. Find out the place your partner enjoys most and bring them to it.

Decorate the area you choose with your partner's favorite flowers and scents. Dim the lights and scatter candles or rose peddles around. You could even try blowing up some old photos of the two of you and hang them on the walls.

Travel to your destination on a unique form of transportation. Its amazing how much it adds to the excitement. Here are some suggestions: a sail boat, limousine, exotic car, helicopter, hot air balloon, a horse drawn carriage or motorcycle.

Play their favorite romantic song in the background as you propose. Or if the two of you have a song, play that. It will add a lot of romance to your precious moment.

At times it may seem impossible to think of the perfect way to propose, but that special moment WILL come. Its just a matter of finding out what your partner loves most, and bringing those things together into one special moment. Plus the number one thing they love will already be there...YOU
